We’re located in the heart of the quaint East Victorian District, a short walk to Forsyth Park, SCAD, and other destinations.- Home was professionally renovated and redesigned with comfort as the top priority- We preserved original architectural details, such as the gorgeous, newly restored hardwood floors and exposed brick accent walls.- Outdoor space features a fenced in back patio for privacy- Other amenities include A/C and heat, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, Wi-Fi, and more.- All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.Guest Access:The entire house is for your exclusive use.The Neighborhood:Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the beautiful, historic Victorian District, the home is walking distance from Forsyth Park and some of the area’s most celebrated bars and eateries.Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm – 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!Getting Around:Our home is located in the heart of Savannah (East Victorian District) which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park, SCAD, and other area landmarks. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.Other Things to Note:*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.Interaction with Guests:You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available 24/7 to assist you.
