There is a unit controlled thermostat but will only adjust the temp based on the AC season or Heat season set by the community. Meaning that an abnormally warm day in the winter season may not have A/C.**SLEEPING AREAS:Master Bedroom has a king size bed.Guest bedroom has a king size bed.Additional sleeping on a queen size sleeping mattress.COMMON AREAS:Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).OTHER NOTES:*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Walk or bike to nearby desert hiking trails and canals.Getting Around:We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, however, the condo is located very near walking distance to the Metro Light Rail system so if you plan to stay in the city than a car is not absolutely necessary.Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
