Presently, this neighborhood is home to a diverse and artistically vibrant community, with many public buildings adorned with local murals and mosaics. If you’re a culinary enthusiast, Lavaca is a food lover’s paradise, offering a wide range of options. From street-side coffee vendors to local taco joints and even chef-owned upscale eateries, there’s something to satisfy every palate.Getting Around:From the farmhouse, you’ll find yourself just a brief stroll away from the charming, tree-lined streets of King William, where an array of restaurants, cafes, and the Blue Star Arts Complex await your exploration. Gonzalez Convention Center, and the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.Should you wish to venture a bit further, follow the Riverwalk or utilize convenient options like Bird or Uber to reach destinations such as SAMA, the Pearl, or the Alamodome.
