Description
The house is located in the heart of Old Town, two blocks from State Street and an 9 minute walk to the beach and Stern’s Wharf (I timed it!). With on-premise parking, You won’t have to drive unless you have a specific destination farther away. Built in 1925, the house is very unique and I’ve designed the interiors to maximize the experience of a true “getaway from it all, relax and take in Santa Barbara” retreat. the vibe is beach, meets south of France, meets old world charm.
