Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with all utensils & everything you need to make a great BBQ meal.The home is newly constructed and as a result has a brand New Central HVAC to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.The living room boasts a 60″ TV loaded with DirecTV satellite television with all the movie channels and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (200 MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. ALL 3 bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather on Southern California!Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Encino, but is just a short drive from local shops and fantastic restaurants located on Ventura Blvd.The outside pool area has areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Outdoor table under the covered awning with comfortable seating make it a great place both day or night for meals or games! No animals allowed without prior approval, some exceptions will be made.Driveway parking for 2-3 cars no problem and then additional parking on the street right outside the house. Safe and quiet family neighborhood in a central location to everything in LA.The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest.
