Owners will be fined for these violations and we will subsequently fine guests if any of these rules are broken.- This is a ground-floor unit, however there is one small flight of stairs to go up from the parking lot to access it.- There is one parking spot assigned to this unit.- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful – and wild – mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things.
