Chic, Pet Friendly – Walk to Beach, Restaurants, Bars & Pier!Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 2 bedroom has everything you need for a wonderful San Diego vacation. Located just two blocks from the beach and a few blocks to all the awesome restaurants and shops Ocean Beach has to offer!This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, speedy wifi, flatscreen smart TV, and a shared washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room has a large, cozy couch great for plopping after a long day in the sun!Dogs are allowed for $100 per stay (2 max). Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog.Please note: This unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans in the unit.This is a 2nd floor unit, in a 4-unit complex. Must climb stairs to reach the unit.For larger groups, we have 3 other units at this property that can also be rented. Please inquire for more information!PARKING: There is free street parking only. This unit does not have a parking space.Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am as to not disturb neighboring units on the property.
