Originally built in 1958 by Oscar nominated actor Richard Burton, this 3 bedroom luxury artist home was designed and completely renovated by Michael Flutie and award winning interior decorator, Thom Filicia. Minutes from Sagg Main BeachThis retreat is an incredible getaway for any season in the Hamptons.This modern summer house is flooded with light from ample skylights and several southfacing French doors. The floor plan and open concept kitchen makes it the perfect entertainingspace. It has been decorated in a modern style with some statement pieces like the largelacquer dinner table with matching stools.The master suite has doors leading to the beautiful pool area (pool can be heated upon request) and the bathroom has a soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom arelocated on the opposite side from the master suite. The property is over an acre with lots of lawn, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an outdoor Al Fresco dining table.
