We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.-Although we do not have central AC there is a window unit to keep the home cool during the summer months. The radiant heat baseboards also keep the home warm and comfortable.-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.-The TV’s offer streaming services only for guest’s to use their subscriptions.
