Loss or theft of the pass will result in a $200 charge to the guests account.The unit has one designated parking spot directly in front of the unit. There is a small number of undesignated parking spots (roughly 4 or 5) for overflow around the left side of the building that would allow another vehicle to be parked. We ask that you don’t park directly in front of any other unit.
