The house is nestled in nature, with a very private feel, yet it is close to Southampton village (8mn) and the ocean beaches (10 mn).Easiest commute from Manhattan of 1hr40m (off peak driving).The primary bedroom and two guest rooms are located on the upper floor with an office room located on the main floor.All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.The main floor has an open flow with French doors leading out to the (new) large deck suited for lounging and al fresco dining, as well as the new heated gunite pool.This is a great summer or year round home.The kitchen, bathrooms and powder room were just fully renovated.Cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer.
