If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Two trifold mattresses and linens are provided.- There is a fold-out mattress in the Living Room.- A wood fence surrounding the whole property as well as an iron fence around the pool has been installed since the posted photos were taken.- The backyard is off of the main road to the main entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. The entrance is under a 5-minute drive away.- Exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems are in place in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
