A wonderful two bedroom cottage nicknamed The Palace ,and it truly is one!on a private estate with private access to the Chilmark Pond barrier beach facing the Atlantic. newly renovated, updated, modernized and reimagined. Air conditioning and two comfortable bedrooms, one with a Queen, the other with two single beds. and a large living room kitchen between. A large rear deck overlooking an expansive lawn, and all amenities, including a canoe and paddles, and an outdoor shower comfortable deck furniture. Very private yet only moments to either Chilmark center or West Tisbury center. A perfect retreat. Nicely done!
