TAKING APPLICATIONS NOW FOR 2024-25 FULL SKI SEASON. INQUIRE FOR RATES. This cottage features a perfect location in the town of Lincoln, NH, central to all the western White Mountains have to offer, including over an acre of frontage on a beautiful stream right on the property itself (We own most everything in the back, including a large portion of the stream you can see, and even the other shore, offering great privacy). The cottage is designed for groups or families of two to six. One MAIN LEVEL master with Queen and attached full bath, one UPSTAIRS bedroom with Queen and attached full bath, one kids loft UPSTAIRS with two twin beds, no bath. Please note: maximum of six guests. Children 7 and older, no infants without prior approval, booking adult 30 years or older unless prior approval. May NOT be suitable for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs or seniors with mobility issues. Please verify the number and ages of your group. Most dog breeds are allowed with approval for a modest dog fee. Please verify with owner that your dogs breed and age are ok before booking. Every inch of this home has been lovingly restored with many period details, fine art, and comfortable furnishings. This custom designed cottage is perfect for your vacation headquarters, be it skiing, hiking, or fall color viewing. Please read Rental Agreement and rules when booking, thank you.
