Classic Beach Cottage — Easy walk to Town and Main BeachWelcome to our Laguna Beach home. This is a terrific spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Laguna. There are three bedrooms (queen beds in two of them, two singles in the third), two bathrooms, and an extra room we use as a guest bedroom when we have visitors. The kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom and front deck all have nice ocean views; the other rooms look out over the lush garden. There are hardwood floors throughout.The kitchen and bathrooms are all recently renovated with new appliances, granite, slate and tile. The backyard is fully landscaped with a large patio area, BBQ and marquee. We have broadband internet as well as full cable television, stereo etc. The community pool and tennis courts are 1 minute walk at the end of the street. There is parking in the driveway for two cars (as well as on-street parking), plus beach chairs, towels and boogie boards.
