With it being a couple short blocks away, this makes for the perfect choice for those whose preferred mode of transportation are their own two feet.You have access to pools and tennis courts in the complex as well. These units are found and booked quickly so don’t hesitate to book and vacation in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs.Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
