Now remodeled, the first floor features 1 bedroom with queen bed, dinning area, free standing gas stove, living room, TV area, open kitchen, and 2 full baths. A small work area with desk leads you out to the private fenced yard and grill. The upstairs master suite includes a separate lounge area for television watching, yoga or an extra sleeping space. Large master bedroom with king bed. Master bathroom includes twin sinks, a steam shower, and oversized tub. Enjoy all the amenities Crested Butte has to offer. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, comprised of locals and guest.Weather in Colorado can be extreme and change quickly and often any time of the year.
