A large bedroom and bathroom complete this floor. The second living level offers two bedrooms with a bathroom and a comfortable living room. Admire the view from the furnished sundecks, or enjoy the amenities, which include high-speed internet, large flatscreen TVs with DVD players in every room, stereos, a PlayStation 2, and a collection of games and books. We include the standard Hatteras amenities, as well as clean and current furnishings and decor. Offshore provides plenty of covered parking and lockable storage for your surf rods and windsurfing gear, as well as a location that’s convenient to Canadian Hole and the South Avon 4WD ramp. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
