Bayberries is a classic antique on 2.5 acres fronting Georgica Pond. The house was built in 1895 by the owner’s great grandfather. From the wraparound front porch there is a magnificent view across the Pond to the ocean, which is accessible by sailboat (2 provided) or canoe (1 provided) or paddle board (1 provided), and also by car or bike to nearby Georgica Beach (around 5 minutes by car).In addition to the porch, about half of which is covered, there is a lovely enclosed sun porch. The ground floor also includes a dining room, a large living room, a full kitchen and a laundry room. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in one room and twin beds in the other two. There are en suite bathrooms in two bedrooms, and two other second floor bedrooms share the third bathroom. There are two small attic bedrooms which share the fourth bathroom. All of the bathrooms have showers and tubs.The East Hampton village center, with beautiful shops and a large movie theater, is also accessible by bike or car (around 10 minutes by car).
