You can easily stroll to the beach on the pond, ride your bikes on the waterfront trail that begins one block south, or head one mile south (by foot, bike, or car) to Bristol Beach on the ocean shore. Whichever beach you choose, you’ll have chairs, an umbrella, towels, a cooler, tube floats, sand toys, and a wheeled carry-all for your use.The property was thoughtfully designed and equipped for guests of all ages. Enjoy a flat, fenced, grassy yard that’s wonderful for kids as well as a bocce set and a Solo Stove to entertain the adults outdoors. For any guests with mobility issues, there’s a fold-up ramp on hand for the two-step front entry.After a day at the beach, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and bask in the cool relief of central AC. Use the gas grill and the breezy, open kitchen to prepare dinner, and sit down to eat on the back deck or in the window-lined dining room.
