Spacious, architectually-designed, Raeside-Dame home in Eliot, Maine, a scenic town on the Piscataqua River. We’re 10-20 minutes to popular ocean beaches: Seapoint, Fort Foster, Newcastle; pretty harbors, historic Portsmouth; lush gardens; Kittery shopping; & the arts. We have a plethora of gourmet restaurants incl. a James Beard winner, amazing bakery, world-renown chocolatier, farmers markets you can walk to, & off the boat lobster. Activities are kayaking, biking, surfing, fishing, & boating. We have a 1.5 acres with screened porch, stone patio, and a webber grill. We try to be energy efficient and have installed a full array of solar panels and an electric car charging station.
