The backyard features a gas barbecue, patio dining, umbrellas & lounge furniture for your outdoor relaxation.The home is equipped with a security system including a smoke & carbon dioxide alarms, and a PANIC button on control panel in hall near front door. Three security cameras are located outside the home for surveillance when property is unoccupied.This is NOT a Party House! No loud outdoor music at any time. Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am.
