This wonderful Nantucket family home sleeps 7 in four comfortable bedrooms, with 3 additional beds in spacious loft. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and there is a shared bathroom upstairs. This is a classic, rustic Nantucket post-and-beam saltbox design with rough-hewn wood beams and open-vaulted living and dining areas adjoining an entertainment-friendly kitchen. The house is privately located at the highest point on the west end of the island. The dining and living areas and back deck overlook 50 acres of unimpeded conservation land and Nantucket Sound.Panoromic water views on three sides are available from the widows walk that is accessed from the sleeping loft. A laundry room, ping pong table and game room are available in the basement. We have cable and hi speed wi-fi. Our shed has 7 bicycles & helmets, beach chairs, body boards and umbrella for use by renters. There is a gas grill, sun deck and outdoor shower. Quiet Dionis beach is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride, and Nantucket Town is a 10 minute drive or 25 minute bike ride.Restrictions: We do not permit smoking or pets.
