The open kitchen with plenty of countertop space makes meal preparation a breeze! There is a full bath located off the living room and a newly update utility room with futon and streaming tv (no Cable) for the kids. Also in the utility room is a Full size washer/dryer, utility sink and additional refrigerator. The gas BBQ grill is conveniently located on the front porch which has also been recently renovated to add a swing bed for enjoying shady afternoon naps in the ocean breeze. The private master bath offers a walk in shower and double sink vanity. The second floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom with an ocean view has a King bed and smart hd TV. The second ocean view bedroom has a Queen bed and smart hd TV. A third bedroom has a Queen bed with an additional bunk bed plus a smart hd TV. And the last bedroom has 2 Twin beds and 1 set of Bunk beds plus a smart hd TV. The upstairs bathrooms include a one tub/shower and one walk in shower, and are located off the main hallway for access by all the bedrooms on this floor.The large, grassy backyard is the perfect spot for the kids to play a game of Frisbee or a friendly game of touch football! A stroll down the private boardwalk leads you to the beautiful Isle of Palms sandy beach and sparkling Atlantic Ocean! Recently added is a screened in gazebo for enjoying the ocean breeze without the need to worry about bugs.
