This could also result in the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city, as it is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City’s noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131. Any fines will come out of a security deposit and/or insurance claim if the Guest is unwilling to pay.No smoking of any kind, even vaping.Each pet (even visitors) requires a $100 fee, must be on flea and tick prevention treatment, and must be pre-approved by the host with a signed pet agreement. There is a max of two (2) pets allowed on the property.Young children must be supervised by the original renters. If there is a need for child care during your stay, please discuss with the homeowner in advance for local, trustworthy recommendations.The house is equipped with a Ring security device.
