Description

Proctor’s Lakehouse Cottages was a family run resort on Lake Winnipesaukee since 1947. This main house was the owner’s private residence where they could live and oversee the property. The large porch offers a commanding view of the lake and grounds, and the house itself is a classic New Englander.There are many places to sit, dine, sleep and relax. From the main living room with a beautiful decorative field stone fireplace, to the expansive sun room with a wrap around couch and tons of windows looking out to the lake. There are four standard bedrooms and an additional bonus room with a sleep sofa and balcony that looks out down the bay.Outside of the house you have access to 350 feet of sandy beach with large roped off swimming area, swim platform, and sundeck with tables and chairs.
