There are parks and trails within walking distance, including the Cherry Creek Reservoir, in addition to several different restaurants to choose from, as well as grocery store, movie theatre and bowling alley. This home is located in the Cherry Creek School District. There is are many things to do in Colorado! On the weekend enjoy a get-a-way to the many wonderful Colorado Springs, Denver and Boulder attractions. Host is available at all times to assist with your questions regarding distance, travel, tips, etc. and you are encouraged to call for suggestions and information. This property is only 3 miles from Parker Adventist Hospital where one of the Rocky Mountain Fertility Clinic offices are located.Getting around:There are several light rail stations located near this property that will take you to DTC, Downtown Denver, south to Lone Tree and Littleton and even cities much farther north like Golden or Westminster.
