We live here during the school year, it is our family home. We rent mainly to families (Must be 30 years old to rent-must provide ID) who are responsible and considerate of our house and nearby neighbors.We have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms-Fenced in yard with a large heated pool. Laundry room, pantry, large closet, and a half bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials.Pack and play, bed railing and booster chair are available.Plenty of space for parking: Garage, driveway and street (in front of our house only)Home is near railroad tracks and train occasionally passes the home.Guest accessAccess your professionally cleaned, sanitized home with our keyless locks that ensure 100% contactless check-in. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms and exterior motion sensors or cameras. Trash and recycling are located on the side of the house.Please place dishes in dishwasher and start the wash prior to check-out.No paints, markers or crayons unsupervised.Again, please be mindful and respectful of the space and treat it as if it were your own.
