Walking distance to all of downtown Palm Springs has to offer; Attractions, Shops, Museums and Restaurants.This lovely upper unit has one bedroom, ensuite with its own bathroom and a guest bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room. It has a private and spacious covered patio/balcony for grilling, dining alfresco under the stars and closing out your days with your evening glass of wine. Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen. Cathedral ceilings and skylight windows to let natural light bathe the living room.Pools, spa, tennis courts, fitness center and fully functional clubhouse open from 6 am till 10 PM.
