Description

The apartment is a lower level walk out: private, quiet and secluded. Renting is, 4 pm on arrival day to 11 am on departure day.Completely renovated a few years ago. Brand new queen bed, all tile floors, concrete counter tops, flat screen tv’s, wifi, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, large deck perfect for grilling and chilling. Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach (ocean side beaches) are approximately two miles, and it is less than a 1/4 mile to Cape Cod Rail Trail and 1/2 mile to Nauset Bike Trail to Coast Guard Beach. Mature gardens are in bloom. Cats are welcome (keep indoors). Dogs are negotiable. We have three Persian cats–Melvin, Moses and their sister Marley–who you may see out on their enclosed “catio.”Hope to see you soon! (Charley and Margo)
