The house has central heating and air conditioning, new ceiling fans and lighting in each room and is loaded with amenities including a water softener, cable TV and WIFI. The master bedroom and spare bedroom are each equipped with queen beds and the other spare bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom, living room and game room are each equipped with 50+ inch flatscreen TV’s. The back patio has a covered patio, plenty of seating, an outdoor BBQ, and the pool has a water feature and lighting that can be adjusted to different colors which look way cool at night for added ambiance. Below the pool area is a gate to a second outdoor area which is set up for cornhole and a firepit. The 2-car garage with epoxy flooring contains a washer and dryer which are available for you to use as well.Location is Prime, with Southside Bashas’ (grocery store) less than 2 miles away and the London Bridge/Channel and Marina Launch Ramp only 5 miles away.The garage will easily fit one large car or two smaller cars. The driveway is large enough for 2 vehicles. The street is wide and there is plenty of parking space in front of your house for your boat or trailer.Be advised: This is NOT a party house! It is located in a residential area with neighbors that have jobs and families. Partying, late-night noise and yelling is absolutely NOT permitted. If this is reported to me or if the police department is called on you, you will be asked to leave that same day. The neighbors have experienced disturbance in the past and they all have my contact information. Please think twice before booking; if your group is loud or if your group is large, please find another place to book. This rental is for smaller, quieter families looking for a relaxing visit to Havasu.The front yard has 2 security cameras, one located in the right corner of the garage and one located on the palm tree. Both cameras are aimed at the driveway/street and are primarily used to see when the guests have left in order to send the cleaning crew over. To protect your privacy, there are no other surveillance devices on the property.
