The guesthouse (Black & Gold Culver Guesthouse) is accessed through the driveway and yellow latched (but unlocked) fence. The guesthouse side patio belongs to guesthouse guests alone. The driveway and back courtyard are shared common areas.There is private driveway parking available. More to come. I am a new host and working to continually improve the guest experience. There are some bare walls as I am mindfully adding artwork and decorations. My plan is to add warm, friendly textiles and to feature locally-inspired photography of my favorite Culver City spots.Well-loved house. Please know this is not a new build so you will encounter scratched and discolored floorboards, cracked tiles and older sink faucets. I balance function with aesthetics as I hold a high value of care for our environment.
