We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand & Body Soap, Tissues, and small supply of Toilet Tissue. Max 6 people. Price adjusts based on the number of guests! If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Depending on the booking site, A damage deposit of $500  is required on date of arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER’S DISCRETION.VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Parking is very limited.NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever indoors. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found inside, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.LIMITED MOBILITY ACCESS Please note, this cottage does not offer mobility access. The cottages are properties built before the current ADA requirements have been put into effect and therefore have limited mobility access. We are available during normal business hours to answer any questions or concerns regarding your individual needs.LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 2PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.NO PETS ALLOWEDUSE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
