Summary:Welcome to our Cottage where you are just steps away from the sandy shores of Clearwater Beach! You will be within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping, and the famous Pier 60!The Space:This unit includes:* LIVING AREA: Sleeper Sofa and Flat Screen TV.* DINING AREA: Seating with room for 2 at table, additional bar stools at countertop* KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you’ll need for vacation…We provide a small supply of Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Soap, & a Sponge to get you started, Kitchen Appliances included (No dishwasher)*BEDROOM: Has King size bed with newer mattress, mattress protector, & pillows.* BATHROOM: Stand up Shower (No Tub) and vanity for getting ready. We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand & Body Soap, Tissues, and small supply of Toilet Tissue to get you started.* STREET PARKING: There are no assigned parking spaces on Property. Street parking can be found on either side of the street.EXTRAS INCLUDED:* Keyless Entry* Beach Towels* 2 Beach Chairs* All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, & Bath Soaps. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.* Use of outdoor Grill* Patio with table & chairs, and patio loungers* Coin Operated Washer / Dryer Available to guests; machines are coin operated.Guest Access:Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to arrival.Other Things to Note:MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a Guest Registration Form after the booking has been accepted.NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed 4 people. Please select the correct amount of guests before booking. Price adjusts based on the number of guests! If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Depending on the booking site, A damage deposit of $500 is required on date of arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER’S DISCRETION.VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Parking is very limited.NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.LIMITED MOBILITY ACCESS Please note, this cottage does not offer mobility access. The cottages are properties built before the current ADA requirements have been put into effect and therefore have limited mobility access. We are available during normal business hours to answer any questions or concerns regarding your individual needs.LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 2PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.NO PETS ALLOWEDUSE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
