You are greeted by a cozy living room with big screen smart TV and comfortable dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island in the kitchen is perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. The modern family room has plenty of seating and a cozy fireplace and leads out to the spacious back yard. The master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. The master bath features a full sized tub with glass shower, and double sinks. There are two other bedrooms which sleep an additional 6 guests with one queen bed, and two sets of twin bunk-beds. In the summer the diving pool is 10 feet deep on one end and will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days. The back yard boasts a covered patio with furniture perfect for relaxing, a BBQ grill and a sparking HEATED pool! This home is welcoming and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.Security camera doorbell located at front door.Car rental available!
