This beautiful four bedroom villa is perfectly positioned on a gated community with views over the lake. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close if you have any spending money left. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coach beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe visit Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive.It has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool which has just been completely resurfaced in October 2021. There is also a large garden area backing onto the lake which is perfect for games or alfresco dining. The total plot is 0.33 of an acre. There is a pool table in the garage as well as new washer and drier. There is children’s equipment including two cribs together with other equipment including a monitor.The villa was fully re-fitted recently to a high standard and offers clean and comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to 8 (maximum 4 adults and 4 children under 16) The property has clean modern furniture and televisions, wi-fi and fresh new bedding.There is King Bed suite with en suite shower room, a Queen room and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom.The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered lanai area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months (BY REQUEST AND SEPARATE CHARGE)The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes.
