Permit # DSTR0866POccupancy Rules:*Min age to rent any property is 25.*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.*You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ’s are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snowVery cozy 3 bedroom, close to everything. You will feel tucked away in a private resort at this cute lodge. It is in a very quiet neighborhood in the trees. There is a seasonal creek the runs in front of the property. Relax on the deck and listen to the sound of the running creek (seasonal). In the summer you are very close to the lake for swimming and water activities. In the winter you will feel like you are in a winter wonder land. Very close to the Heavenly resort. And still only 2 minutes to the casino area. There is a 2 car garage for parking in addition to 2 cars in the driveway. Above the garage is the living level. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open with big windows looking into the trees. Enjoy cable TV in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master with a king, TV and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 queens & TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen & TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway.~ This home does NOT have AC.Permit # DSTR0866P
