Relax on the deck while listening to the Gulf, fish and crab off your private pier, kayak down the canal. Within walking distance of restaurants and bait camps!This home offers two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and second room with a queen bed. There is a also a full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs you will find a bunk room, with 2 sets of twin bunks(4 twin beds), a full bathroom, laundry area, refrigerator and microwave. There are smart tv’s through out the home, as well as dvd players and games.There is a fishing pier with covered fish cleaning station, as well as a storage room at the pier.Take a walk or drive down our beautiful beach and witness the gorgeous sunset/sunrises Sargent has to offer!Beaching, swimming, surf fishing, fishing the ICW, kayaking, boating, breath taking views, shopping, there is plenty to do here in Sargent!
