Close to Fashion square mall, Spas and golf courses.*Parking (HOA has strict parking rules): Garage parking for 1 vehicle. The garage is the primary space for parking. There is ONE additional uncovered parking spot available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex that requires a specific parking pass be displayed in the vehicle with the correct reservation information when parked between 10pm and 7am in the morning. This must be the same vehicle for the duration of the reservation.*The HOA requires additional information when occupying the unit. Just behind the condo complex walking distance is Vista Del Camino Park it has a private access gate to the greenbelt. The large greenbelt is great for walking, running, biking and skating. There are sports fields, fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, splash park and 18 hold disc golf course.What makes this condo a favorite is the high ceilings, lots of windows, and the charming decor. The kitchen is equipped and very spacious with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, flat cooktop stove and plenty of cabinet space. There is seating for 6 at the hightop kitchen table so you can enjoy your meals at home as well as it’s the perfect place to play games!The master bedroom is upstairs with a King size bed, dresser, flat screen tv and private bathroom with a rainfall shower. The 2nd bedroom is located on the main floor downstairs and has a Queen size bed, dresser, closet and small balcony. Grab your favorite book and cozy up on the sofa or love seat in the living room. There is plenty of seating where you can read or relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. There is a small work desk with printer for those who may need to work or just keep up on emails.Linens and towels provided.
