The home is best suited for4 couples ( each with own room) or 6 singles ( 2 sharing a room) or families-home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet residential area known as Del Rey Oaks. The home can sleep up to 10 but please refer to bedroom description There is a gas fireplace upstairs and central heat in lower level of the home. No air conditioning. All rooms have new ceiling fans installed 2023. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out including the large garage with a pool table and new ping pong table. There is a large bonus room off the living-dining area that houses the washer and dryer and additional twin fold out bed. NO PARTIES , Smoking or PETS ALLOWED! You will be charged $300 fee if evidence of such is found. Please follow the rules on contract. No guests other than listed on contract are allowed on the property without owners permission. More About the Area: Del Rey Oaks houses the Frog Pond Wetland Preserve, a 17-acre wetland area popular with bird watchers. There is a park two blocks away from the house with a basketball court and picnic tables for gatherings. The house is centrally located to all the Monterey Peninsula towns such as Carmel, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach Downtown Monterey and close to airport, Laguna Seca and 20 minutes to Carmel Valley over the Laureles Grade Pass that has many great wine tasting, art galleries, restaurants and plenty of sunshine.The home is located 1.2 miles from the beach. 7.5 miles to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.10 min to Airport, 20 min to Pebble Beach and Carmel by the Sea. 20 min to Fishermans Wharf, Cannery Row and Monterey Bay Aquarium. Less than an hour to Santa Cruz Boardwalk. More about the Home and Sleeping: Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 features 1 twin bed with trundle and one queen size bed(great for 3 children or couple with 2 children) or two adults. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed plus a queen sized futon ( with comfy mattress), and balcony. Please let us know if you would like the futon made up prior to check in. The house accommodates up to 8 singles or up to 10 (couples/singles) Additional fees apply after 8 people. There is a $25 dollar per person per night for the 9th and 10th person. Great for housing wedding guests (not wedding receptions) and small families with children.
