The remaining bedrooms are rented with an additional per person/room charge. THE REMAINING BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY BY KEYED ENTRY WITH PRIOR RESERVATIONS. (If you have 4 people and need additional bedrooms there is an additional charge.) Your group will be the only occupants in the house, the other unused bedrooms will just be locked. If you need clarification or have questions please contact us and we are happy to explain.For your peace of mind during your visit please know that after my routine cleaning is finished, all surfaces, knobs, handles, etc are treated with Clorox disinfectant wipes. There are no longer same day checkin and out for guests. There is at least a 24 hour window between guests to allow for more thorough cleaning.Beautifully remodeled home in the Coconino Estates neighborhood. Close to downtown and Snowbowl. Oversized kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances plus many more amenities. French doors off dining room lead to a fenced backyard with grill, and seating, plus a sandbox area for small children with sand toys. Outdoor games are corn hole, ring toss and basketball toss.Open and bright living area with a wood burning fireplace, including several indoor games and puzzles. Upgraded 65″ Samsung TV in living room and the master bedroom have a Roku with HBO Max and many more functional apps, there is no cable tv, we have unlimited WiFi. Two additional bedrooms have Queen sized beds, 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom.Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a gorgeous tiled shower. All bedrooms are located on the same side of the house, close to each other and the main bathroom. Laundry room with washer/dryer and supplies. There is no a/c in the house, we have ceiling fans in living room, dining room, master, pink and beige bedrooms. There is no ceiling fan in the blue bedroom due to safety concerns with the bunk bed. We have also provided box fans in all bedrooms. The house actually stays pretty cool in the summer due to north/south facing windows. There is a pack n play available. There is also central heating for the entire house. We provide some wood for the wood burning fireplace from November 1st through April 1st. This is also the only time that the fireplace is available. Feel free to bring more or buy extra locally.There is no street parking starting Nov 1st through April 1st from midnight to 7am.There is a security camera with flood lights located above the garage door facing the driveway.Please do not use or bring any glitter into the house as it is very difficult to get rid of and you may be charged an additional cleanup fee. This includes hair dye of any kind as well.
