This quiet and secluded location overlooks the Swampscott harbor that has three beaches as well as a number of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. Its close enough to stroll along the beach to hear some music at a local restaurant, yet far enough not to be disturbed by it at night.Salem is only 10 minutes away and downtown Boston about 30. The place offers perfect relaxation after a busy day.NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS, do not book if you have mobility issues! Checkout is 10 AM.
