Guest bedroom #1 has a bunk bed, guest bedroom #2 has a Cal king & Guest Bedroom #3 has a Cal king. This property has everything you need to enjoy your well-earned vacation in Hawaii. House has been freshly painted outside and new appliances (Stove and fridge) have been added recently to the home. Please note that friendly owners live downstairs in a separate entrance. * No washer or dryer available.Tip: If vacationing at our home please book your flights to Hilo airport instead of arriving in Kona. Hilo is where we are located it will definitely save you a far drive. if you were to arrive in Kona it would be 1hr 30 mins vs arriving in Hilo which is a 17min drive to our home.Some things you should know prior to staying in Hawaii:The Big Island is not to be missed, so to help make your Hawaiian dreams a reality, we have assembled all the things you may need to know about staying here in Hawaii! With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make their way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it’s one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.We look forward to your stay!
