Please provide at least 5 days’ notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days’ notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals.
