Close to Trails – CozyCozy 1 bedroom guest house. Great for one or two people. 20% Discount if booking 7 nights or more.. Cold A/C. Private Covered Patio. Off street parking. Mountain biking / hiking trails close by. Nicely furnished. There is free Wifi, but no TV (but hopefully you didn’t come to Sedona to watch TV!). There are books and games. New washer/dryer and new full-size fridge (February 2022). Sedona mountain biking and hiking trails are close by. (Owner is an avid mountain biker if you need advice!) There is floor space for a baby crib, and kiddos are always welcome but there is only one queen size bed. Bed is brand new (October 2021). The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, full size sink and full size fridge. Please take advantage of the outside hose bib to wash off hiking shoes and mountain bikes (that Sedona dust is tough on MTB parts!)We recently updated the wifi for better reception throughout the unit and on the patios.There is a lighted and covered patio off the bedroom for your use. There is a table and chairs out there.Free 50A EV charging available before 3pm and after 8pm. (NEMA 14-50).No pets/animals. This is a strictly fur-free NO-SMOKING property, that includes no smoking outdoors. Marijuana is NOT allowed anywhere on this property. Our house-cleaner lives on site and is very particular about cleaning and caring for our house. She is very helpful with any questions or issues. She will also promptly inspect the property after you leave so that you can get your security deposit back quickly. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood with narrow streets, so please drive slow and cautiously.We are constantly making updates for our own enjoyment and are happy to share our home with our guests. We are not a corporation, nor vacation rental investors. This is our own place and you will be in direct contact with us (the owners) regarding all booking matters and questions.Please let us know a little bit about yourselves when you’re putting in a request to book.
