Many updates, including living room furniture, appliances, quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, bathroom vanities and fixtures.Our villa, AR209, is perfect for family vacations as it is located about 50 steps from the beach! It has a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with TV and a queen bed, guest bedroom with twin beds and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The dining room seats 6 comfortably.Free wireless internet and 2 HDTVs are included as is free tennis, pickleball, and use of the fitness center. On site there are 3 restaurants – a sports bar (Coconutz), a pizza restaurant (Gator’z Pizza), and a casual beach bar (Jamaica Joe’z) by the pool overlooking the beach (specializing in frozen drinks).There is a pool on the South side beside Admiral’s Row as well as another very large pool on the North side of the complex with a kiddie pool beside it. There you will also find lots of lounging chairs, tables with umbrellas, a semi-covered gazebo, horseshoes, beach volleyball and shuffleboard.We provide 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. We provide towels and linens, but not beach towels.There are 8 lighted tennis courts and 6 lighted pickleball courts which are free to use – just register at the Tennis Center.Free use of the fitness center!Bikes can be rented on site by the security gate and there are bike racks located on both sides of Admiral’s Row.Charcoal grills and picnic tables are located around the resort with the closest being a few steps away on the north side of the building. Very convenient. There are more beside the children’s playground which is a great place for a large gathering. The children can play on the playground equipment and the adults can watch them while visiting with each other and cooking up some hot dogs and hamburgs.We have 24 hour security, 7 days a week.
