Our Spacious Townhouse is only 180 yards to the ocean, on the 4th row from the ocean, inside the plantation just past the North gate guarded 24 /7. This villa provides large rooms for maximum comfort when you are not on the beach, playing golf or tennis, or riding your bike along the many bike trails. The club pool and children’s pool are steps from your villa, just a short walk out the back door. Within walking distance to Tennis, Trent Jones and Fazio Golf Courses, Dunes House Restaurant, Hilton (Marriott in the recent past) Hotel and Spa, Alexander’s Restaurant, Outfitters, Kayak, Bicycle and beach accessories rentals. Fishing off our private dock is just another adventure the children and adults love. This villa is facing Mooring Buoy thus one of the very few villas closest to the beach.The Villa is spacious and simple, 1,350+ Sq. ft., with 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor has the King Master Bedroom, a 60-inch smart TV , full bathroom, a large living room with another 60-inch HD TV, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Also, first floor has an outside patio. Upstairs (15 steps) has another Large Bedroom with two full beds , 60 inch smart TV , full bathroom and a separate Loft is great for extra sleeping space with a daybed. Internet can be accessed from any part of the house. All bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs.Contemporary kitchen with laundry facilities and convenient eating area help make this a relaxing vacation. Sliders from the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bedroom bring lots of light.
