Several walking/bike paths next to the villa will allow you to feel close with nature, as well as the breathtaking Rosette Spoonbills that reside in the tress and lagoons around the nearby golf course. Enjoy vast fairway views from this two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom villa situated in the prestigious Omni Resort on the South end of Amelia Island. The living area, bathroom, kitchen and dining area are tiled throughout and conveniently located on the main floor, which also connects to a small outdoor patio that overlooks a grassy courtyard, an ideal place to pause for a morning cup of coffee. Located upstairs, guests will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed and the guest bedroom with two twin size beds. From the master bedroom, you will have access to a private balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a good book. Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental. All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available – please inquire for additional information.Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate.
