There is a Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target and Publix Grocery store within five minutes. You can also arrange via Instacart to have your grocery order delivered on your first evening here.There is a strict maximum of seven vehicles– you will park tandem deep in the driveway. No parking on street is allowed. 10pm-6am noise ordinance; absolutely no parties. Noise violations, excess vehicles or unregistered excessive guests (i.e. parties) will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.Please note that the security deposit is simply a hold placed on your card at check-in and released a few days after checkout. It will not show up on your card as a charge or as a refund.
