We selected this beach property because we think it’s a perfect place for our family, our friends and other folks who are looking to have a memorable family vacation.The spaceThe living space is very comfortable, so you won’t feel cramped when you’re in the property. There is a warm earth toned tile in the kitchen and hallway with matching carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. The balcony comfortably seats 4 and offers breathtaking views of the world’s most beautiful beach and the Emerald green waters of the Gulf. You’ll want to spend a lot of time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll want to enjoy your morning coffee out here. And make sure you take time to enjoy the perfect sunsets over the world’s most beautiful beach. Tidewater 313 is a special place for us and we want to make sure it’s just as special for you and your family. We want to see you come back year after year.Guest accessThe building is located on the beach and very close so that the gulf is just a few steps from the elevator. Amenities offered include:• Over 400 feet of beachfront• Two 4200 square foot tropical swimming and spa pools• Lounge and poolside tiki bar• Indoor heated swimming pool• Hot tub• 4300 square foot fitness center with health bar• 5000 square food conference center• Onsite movie/media center• Parking garage with air conditioned walkways from parking deckPARKING:We want to ensure all of our guests have a great start to their beach vacation by making sure they Pre-Register at the Tidewater resort ahead of arrival. Guests who don’t will often lead to long lines at the desk during check-in times.The goal for all of our guests is to have all arm bands programmed and parking passes made ahead of arrival for a pleasant seamless check-in process. Guests whoregister within 24 hours of arrival will be charged an extra $10 for registration so its important to register early.Amenity Passes/Parking passes: Pre-Registration is guests who register MORE THAN 24 hours in advance. This fee is currently $35 + tax. Late Registration is considered to be guests who register 24 hours or LESS in advance of arrival, or upon arrival. This fee is currently $45 + tax.There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Parking spaces aren’t dedicated. The parking garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your two parking passes. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to on-site amenities. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversize vehicles are not allowed on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage.
